Dental clinics

◆ websites for dental clinics

A price list a patient can read before calling, an appointment request that lands in your inbox with the consent already ticked, and your team with their credentials — on a page that opens fast on a phone.

Demo website — Dental clinics

A dental clinic demo: a dark, gold design, a price list, and online booking where the patient picks the treatment, the dentist and a free slot in that dentist's own calendar.

01

Services and a price list

Each service on its own page with a plain description of what happens during the visit and one price per variant. Patients read prices before they call; a clinic that shows them gets the call instead of an email asking how much a crown is.

02

Appointment request

A short form: what the patient needs, preferred days, phone number. It is a request, not a booking; you confirm the slot by phone or text, so nothing lands in the chair without your say. The form carries a RODO consent checkbox and a link to your privacy policy.

03

Team with credentials

Each dentist and hygienist with a photo, their title, specialisation and where they trained. Patients choose a person as much as a clinic, and this is usually the second most visited page.

04

NFZ and insurance note

A clear line on what you do under NFZ, what is private, and which insurers or instalment options you accept, placed next to the price list. It cuts the calls that start with the words do you take.

05

Customer reviews from Google

The latest reviews pulled onto the page. A nervous patient reads what other patients wrote before anything else; the site puts those words where they are read.

06

Map and hours

Opening hours, the address, a map that opens navigation, and a note on parking or which entrance to use. A patient who is anxious wants to know exactly where the door is.

Most websites for dentists are either a brochure from ten years ago or a template full of stock smiles, and both make a patient close the tab and call whoever is next on the map. A patient picks a dentist with the nervousness of someone who would rather not go at all: they want to see the people, read what a visit costs, and ask for a date without having to explain themselves on the phone. Good dental website design is mostly restraint. No promises, no superlatives, no photos of models with teeth nobody has; the people who actually work there, the prices, the hours, and a form that makes asking for an appointment the easiest thing on the page.

I build the site myself, with AI doing the hours and me reading every word before it goes out. In a clinic that matters more than elsewhere: nothing painless, nothing guaranteed, no before-and-after that implies a result, just what a service is, what it costs and who does it. The site is server-rendered, so each service page is indexable on its own — implants plus your town can land on your implants page rather than on a directory that lists you next to twelve competitors. One person is accountable for the copy, the photos and whether the request form actually delivers to your inbox with the consent recorded. A clinic with one chair and a clinic with five get the same structure; only the team page and the price list grow.

There is no build fee and no agency retainer. You pay a monthly plan; I host the site, keep it updated and change what you ask me to change. The site runs on a free Givyx subdomain; if you want your own domain, you buy it in your name and I connect it for free. The content is yours. If the site stops earning its keep, you cancel — the plan runs month to month, with no annual contract to break.

What can the site say about treatments?

It describes: what the treatment is, how long a visit takes, what it costs and who performs it. It doesn't promise outcomes, doesn't compare you with other clinics and doesn't use words like painless or guaranteed. I write the drafts that way by default, and you check them against what you are comfortable putting your name to; anything medical is your call, not mine.

How does the form handle RODO / GDPR?

Every form has a consent checkbox that is not pre-ticked, a link to your privacy policy, and each request is stored together with the consent itself. The policy text itself comes from you or your lawyer; I place it and link it. Requests sit in your panel rather than in a spreadsheet passed around by email.

How long until it's live?

A first version you can click through in a few days. Live once you've approved the service descriptions, the price list and the team page, usually within two to four weeks. The slowest step tends to be collecting a photo and a short bio from each person on the team.

Do I need photos of the clinic?

Yes, and they are the photos that matter: reception, a treatment room, the team, the entrance. A patient wants to see where they will sit. Phone photos in daylight are fine; I crop and compress them. I don't use patient photos unless you have written consent for each one, and I don't use stock models at all.

Who updates the site when a price or a person changes?

Prices you change yourself in the panel, and a holiday closure you set in the booking settings. Hours, a new person on the team or a line of copy: send me the change, a message is enough, and it goes live once I've read it. Changes are unlimited on the Studio plan; a new feature I quote first, and I don't ship anything I haven't read.
