When you submit our contact form we receive the name, email address, project type, and message you choose to share. We don't ask for anything you wouldn't expect to give a service provider.
We don't run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or session replay on this site. Your browser may store a theme preference (light/dark) locally — that data never leaves your device.
3How we use it
Contact submissions are used solely to reply to your inquiry, draft a proposal, or follow up about a project. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside our service providers.
4Service providers
We use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers to host this site and store contact submissions. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. We don't use them for marketing.
5Retention
We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete yours at any time — email stan.zak.shade@gmail.com.
6Your rights
Depending on where you live (we operate from the country where our company is registered), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email stan.zak.shade@gmail.com and we'll act on it within a reasonable time.
7Changes
If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top and, where relevant, give you a heads-up.
