Terms of service
The agreement between you and us when you use this site or hire us for work.
1These terms
By using this site or our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them. Givyx ("we", "us") may update these terms — we'll bump the date at the top when we do.
2What we do
We're a small studio that designs and builds websites, with AI helping the parts AI is good at. The work and the deliverables are described on the Services and Pricing pages on this site.
3Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months.
One-time services are billed when the work is scheduled. If the scope changes materially after work starts, we'll agree the new figure with you in writing before continuing.
4Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for making sure you have the rights to the brand assets, copy, or media you ask us to use. You agree to use the site and our services for lawful purposes only.
5Intellectual property
The content, copy, and brand assets you bring to a project remain yours. The custom design, code, and configuration we produce for you are licensed to you for the operation of your site. Underlying tooling, libraries, and templates that we reuse across clients remain ours.
6Termination
Either side can stop the engagement with reasonable notice. On termination of a monthly plan, your site remains hosted until the end of the period you've paid for; after that we'll provide an export so you can move it.
7Warranties and liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but the site is provided "as is" — we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where our company is registered, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts there.
