Personal trainers

◆ websites for personal trainers

A site that opens like a film of you training, shows your packages, and lets a client book a first session on a free slot without a message back and forth.

Demo website — Personal trainers

Live client site: a personal trainer in Kraków — the scroll-film hero and the packages are exactly what your site would get. That site takes enquiries by form; the time-slot booking is the piece added on top.

01

Scroll-film hero

The page opens on a short film of you in the gym that plays as the visitor scrolls, frame by frame. Shot on a phone in one session; it is the first thing a prospect sees and the reason they keep scrolling.

02

Booking with time slots

Your week's free slots on the site. A client picks one, leaves a name and phone, and it lands in your calendar. You confirm or move it from your phone between sessions.

03

Packages

Single session, a pack of ten, monthly online coaching — each with what it includes and a price. A client chooses a package and lands in the booking with it already selected.

04

Transformation gallery

Before-and-after pairs from clients who agreed to be shown, with a line on how long it took. Nothing here is stock, and nothing goes up without the client's consent.

05

Instagram on the page

A row of posts you choose, each linking to your profile, and the profile button in the header. Send me a better one and I swap it in; the page never looks abandoned even if you haven't touched the rest in a month.

06

WhatsApp and call bar

On the phone a sticky bar: WhatsApp, call, book. Most first contacts with a trainer are a WhatsApp message, and every tap is counted as a lead in your analytics.

Most websites for personal trainers are a link in an Instagram bio pointing at a page builder with a stock photo of a barbell. Prospects don't book from that; they message on Instagram and the conversation dies when you're mid-session. A site that opens on a film of you actually coaching, with your packages priced and a free slot they can take right now, does the selling while you're on the gym floor. The film is the difference: nobody else has footage of you, so no template can copy it.

I make the site myself; AI takes the hours, I take the decisions. The scroll-film hero is a technique I built for exactly this kind of page: a short clip cut into frames that the visitor scrubs through by scrolling, kept light enough to open on a phone on mobile data. Under it, the page is server-rendered, so Google indexes your name, your city and “personal trainer” on a real page, not inside a script. One person is accountable for the whole thing, from the film cut to whether the booking actually reaches your calendar. A personal trainer website is a small site, and small sites are where a single person who knows the code beats an agency that needs a meeting first.

There is no build fee and no agency retainer. You pay a monthly plan; I host the site, keep it updated and change what you ask: a new package, a new price, a new film when you move gyms. If it stops earning its keep, you cancel; the plan runs month to month, with no annual contract to break. The film and the photos are yours. The site runs on a free Givyx subdomain; if you want your own domain, you buy it in your name and I connect it for free.

How does booking work with my calendar?

You set your working hours and session length once, and mark days off. The site shows only free slots; when a client books, it lands in your calendar on the site and you get an email. If you already keep everything in another calendar, I set the site to show the slots you mark as free and you copy bookings over, or I look at whether that calendar can export its busy times.

I train online as well as in the gym. Can the site handle both?

Yes. Online coaching is a package like any other, with its own price and its own booking type, so a slot can be a video call instead of the gym. The film and the gallery work for both; someone in another city books the online package from the same page.

How long until it's live?

You get something to click through within a few days; it goes live when you've approved the copy, the packages and the film, which is usually two to four weeks. The film is the long pole: one shooting session with your phone, then I cut it.

Do I need a photographer?

No. A phone in a gym with decent light is enough for the film and the gallery; I tell you what to shoot and for how long. A photographer makes it better, not possible. Stock photos are the one thing I won't use: a trainer's site with someone else's body on it is the fastest way to lose trust.

Do I own the domain and the content?

Yes. The site runs on a free Givyx subdomain; if you want your own domain, you buy it in your name and I connect it for free, so it's yours from the start. The film, the photos and the text are yours. If you leave, you take them, and your Instagram link points wherever you say next.
